ChuteDrop
Report abuse or copyright infringement
Last updated 8 September 2026
ChuteDrop links point at files uploaded by our users. If a link is being used to distribute something illegal, harmful or infringing, tell us and we will act.
Report a link
The fastest route is the form below. You can also write to support@mattmade.ai. Confirmed reports get the link revoked and the files deleted, usually within one business day, and repeat offenders lose their account.
Copyright — DMCA notices
To report copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, send a written notice to support@mattmade.ai including:
- your physical or electronic signature, as the owner or someone authorised to act for the owner;
- identification of the copyrighted work you say is infringed;
- the exact ChuteDrop link, so we can find the material — a description alone is not enough;
- your name, address, telephone number and email address;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them.
We remove or disable access to material on receipt of a compliant notice, and we tell the uploader. Knowingly filing a false notice carries liability for damages.
Counter-notice
If your transfer was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, send a counter-notice to the same address with your signature, the material and its former link, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, your contact details, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if you are outside the United States, any district in which we may be found).
Emergencies
For content involving an immediate risk to someone's safety, or child sexual abuse material, mark your email URGENT and we will prioritise it. Serious material is reported to the relevant authorities.
What we can and cannot do
We can revoke a link, delete the files behind it and suspend the account that created it. We cannot recover files a link once pointed to after deletion, and we cannot tell you who created a transfer without valid legal process.
